Delete your account

Request permanent deletion of your Voxa account and all of your data. Enter the email linked to your account and we'll take care of the rest.

Use the email address you signed in with. This action permanently removes your data and cannot be undone.

Delete instantly from the app

The fastest way is right inside Voxa:

  • Open Voxa and go to Profile.
  • Tap Delete Account and confirm.
  • Your account and data are removed immediately.

What gets deleted

  • Your profile — email, name, username, avatar and language settings.
  • Your role-play conversations, pronunciation attempts and saved mistakes.
  • Your vocabulary lists and flashcards.
  • Your progress — XP, streaks, missions and rank.
  • Your notification and session tokens.

Deletion is permanent. Some records may be retained only where required by law.

Signed in with Apple?

You can also revoke access from your device: Settings → your name → Sign in with Apple → Voxa → Stop using Apple ID. Apple then notifies us and your account is deleted automatically.
